Metalfab recently had three members of the management team complete the TEC – Rising Stars Program. The Rising Stars Program was offered to employees within member companies. It was developed to provide a significant development opportunity and to provide a “Mini MBA” or “Management Development” program. The program include four full day sessions over a three month period. Allison Quinn, Robin Hatheway, and Ryan Stacey completed the program on Wednesday November 9th.
